Our Commitment
The Park Place Hotel & Conference Centre, Ramada Plaza is to committed excellence in customer service, which includes responsibility for ensuring that the privacy of it's customer information is secure. In order to meet this commitment, the Park Place Ramada Plaza Hotel has adopted all regulations enshrined in law of the PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

Why and how long your information is kept
The information collected at the time of reservation is kept in our reservation system for a period not to exceed 6 months, at which time all information is deleted from our system. This information is only kept for the purpose intended at the time of gathering, and is not used for any other purpose. We have determined that a period of 6 months is required to continue serving you better even when you have left our hotel. You may require questions to be answered at a later time which is why we keep your information for that period. At check-in, we only ask for information required in the regular course of business.
Where is your information kept
Your information is kept on our reservation system when you call us or walk into our hotel. If you book online, your information is kept on our online partner's database, until we receive confirmation of you booking. At which time, this information is deleted from their database. All e-mails pertaining to your reservation are kept on our reservationist computer, and follow our commitment procedure above. If you have booked a meeting room, the information is kept in our Catering database, and follows our commitment procedures as well.
How your information is used
Your information is used only for the purpose that it was collected. It will not be used for marketing purposes, unless we have your written consent. We do not share any information with any 3rd party companies. Only authorized hotel staff members who are required to have access to your information to conduct business are allowed to view your information.

The Park Place Hotel & Conference Centre, Ramada Plaza reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the privacy policy at any time.
